The Row is designed to work entirely on your device. The app may use a device identifier and basic stored preferences to provide core functionality — remembering your wardrobe, your saved outfits, and your preferences between sessions. This information stays on your device and is used solely to make the app work for you.
We do not collect your name, location, contact details, payment information, or any personal data beyond what is described above.
Any device identifier or preference data the app retains is used only to maintain continuity between app sessions — restoring your wardrobe catalogue, your diary entries, and your outfit history the next time you open the app. It is never used for advertising, profiling, or purposes unrelated to core app functionality.
We do not sell, rent, licence, or otherwise share any information about you or your device with third parties. There are no advertising networks, analytics providers, or data brokers involved.
Your wardrobe, diary, and preference data is stored locally on your device using the app's private storage. Deleting the app removes all stored data. We have no ability to access, recover, or export it on your behalf once deleted.
Because all data is stored locally on your device, you retain full control at all times. To remove all data associated with the app, simply delete it from your device. No request to us is necessary.
The Row is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be made available through the app. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
